Charter Flights
Quantum Aviation offer flights to most destinations in New Zealand from small remote airfields through to the larger international airports such as Auckland. Flights can be tailor-made to suit your needs and you have the choice of departure time, as well as the route in which to take. Aerial Photography & Surveying
Quantum Aviation provides a wide range of photography services, both oblique and vertical - from buildings and real estate through to forestry, shipping and wildlife. Our skilled pilots and photographers are able to accurately obtain the images you require.

For guests from overseas or other parts of New Zealand; there are scenic flight vouchers. There are four routes to choose from that take in the best scenery that Northland has to offer. In fact the scenery is so picturesque from above, that some of our regular passengers are actually locals, that book with us year after year.
For someone who has dreamed of flying since they were a child, or who wants to try something new and/or exciting, there are Trial Flight vouchers available for introductory flights of 30 minutes or 1 hour long durations. We also have discounted Starter Packs for budding Pilots that offer a good value for money start towards a Private or Commercial Pilots Licence.

Eye in the Sky flights for a limited time from January to April. These flights are sold by the seat at a much reduced rate for a scenic flight up to and around the Bay of Islands. Vouchers for these flights make great Christmas presents.
Whangarei Harbour Cruise - For those who do not have too much time, there is our shortest flight, around Whangarei.
Bay of Islands Tour - This is a very cost effective way of seeing the best of the Bay of Islands.

Trial Flights*
Aeroplane familiarisation and then a 30 minutes ‘hands on’ flight to introduce you to flying, with a fully qualified flight instructor, in a dual controlled aeroplane. You will take control even from the take off! A great gift with a difference, or a special gift for those who dream of becoming a Pilot. Usual price = $230 p/hour; 30 minute trial flight = $114.00 Aeroplane familiarisation and then a 1 hour ‘hands on’ flight to introduce you to flying, with a fully qualified flight instructor, in a dual controlled aeroplane. You will take control even from the take off! A great gift with a difference, or a special gift for those who dream of becoming a Pilot. This longer trial flight allows you to see and try many of the aircraft manouvres. Usual price = $230 p/hour; 1 hour trial flight = $215.00

Throughout the year Quantum Aviation runs numerous promotions and flying events. These include:
Flying Scholarships – run once year in conjunction with Air BP. This gives one lucky flyer the opportunity to receive funding towards gaining their Pilot’s Licence with Quantum Aviation.
Aviation Competition Days – open to the public to compete in aviation games, such as Balloon Popping, Spot Landing, Target dropping and Precision Flying. They are great days in which to compete or be a spectator.
